CNY EVE

Have you ever looked forward to a day or a period of time so much that when you’ve finally reached it, you’re actually afraid that it’ll end. This is especially so if it comes only once in a year or even longer. Sometimes don’t you wish that time will juz stop while other times you juz wish for the exact opposite. But I guess in the mean time while you anticipate the next arrival of the day, you should juz find some other things to look forward to. This will help to make it easier to get pass the mundane life and add a tint of excitement to it.

Anyway… Happy Chinese New Year eve to one and all! =)

Night time

it seems that darkness is frequently linked to the bad stuff and when you were a kid.. it seems lik the darkness of the night is a fearful thing. of cos it also depends on what's in your mind as well. for instance, if you had jus watched a horror show, the night will appear different from a normal day. however, for most of the time, night time is the most beautiful part of the day.. at least to me.. it is especially so when there is night breeze, which is rather refreshing. the night is the time when people slow down their pace and hav a room for themselves. when looking out the window, there'll be a rather peaceful sight that can't be found during the day. plus, it's jus so soothing when the night breeze gently touches your skin and blowing through your hair. it's even better by the beach.. together with the sound of the waves.the night is also a time when you'll have the chance to set yourself free from the madness that's going on day after day...

Lost Kid

ever been a lost kid or felt lik one? the feeling of fear, insecurity and confusion engulfing you. walking through the crowd in an unfamiliar place without a familiar face in sight.. no one to turn to.. panic.. fear.. tears.. as a child, you can juz let ur feelings show freely whenever.. wherever.. no second thought about it. however as you grow older.. you'll start to suppress your feelings for some reason, which i've yet to realise. but one thing for sure, there'll always be a kid in everyone. the feeling of fear and insecurity often creeps up and clings on to you. no matter how hard you struggle, it's in vain. as a kid, your world is juz in two dimensions. and as you appear to mature.. the number of dimensions surrounding you keeps increasing. you seem to find yourself trapped in a maze.. feeling lik a lost kid once again...
